As husband and wife of almost 30 years, it was always integer part of our living that we travel and drive around a lot, enjoying the innumerable views Australia has at virtually every turn. However, these days of COVID-19 lockdown, such a pastime is certainly not an option. As consolation, I remember our past experiences in my paintings, and this time I created pastel work as a gentle reminder for us to be patient and wait for these tough times to be over, to make future adventures safe!
